BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

When making an online reservation through our website, the customer must:

• Select the rooms and dates of stay.
  
  
• Provide the personal details of the reservation holder, as well as the credit card, which will be used solely to guarantee the reservation.
  
  

Once the reservation is made, the customer will receive a voucher via email, which should be reviewed to confirm that everything was done according to their request.

BOOKING
A 25% payment will be made via the virtual payment gateway as an advance, which is the only way to confirm the reservation. Two days before the arrival date, the total cost of the stay will be charged.

A fixed deposit of €150 per room will be charged at the entrance and refunded through the same method upon departure, after the rooms are reviewed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the reservation is canceled more than 15 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded. If canceled between 15 days and 7 days in advance, 50% of the reservation will be charged. Cancellations within 7 days will incur the full charge.

We guarantee that all transactions made at HOSTAL LUXURY NIT I DIA are 100% secure. Any operations involving personal or banking information are conducted in a secure environment. All data transmitted is encrypted across the network.

Furthermore, your credit card details are not stored in any database, as they are sent directly to the Bank’s POS (point of sale).

IMPORTANT: Credit card fraud is a criminal offense, and Hostal Luxury Nit i Dia will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction at our establishment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• The hostel does not accept pets or guide dogs.
  
  
• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
  
  
• It is strictly forbidden to host parties or group events on the premises.
  
  
• This accommodation has implemented additional cleaning and safety measures for guests.
  
  
• Cleaning is done with disinfectant, and high-contact surfaces, common areas, and linens are washed at 60°C or higher.
  
  
• Hand sanitizers are available for guests.
  
  
• Contactless check-in through the booking system.
