What time can check-in and check-out be done?

Check-in is available from 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 on the departure day.

Smoking is prohibited in all our rooms, as indicated by our signage

Smoking inside the rooms will incur a charge of €50 for deep cleaning, without exception.

No Elevator

As with many buildings in Altea, the building housing Hostal Luxury Nit i Dia is protected by Law 5/2014, dated July 25, by the Generalitat, concerning Land Planning, Urbanism, and Landscape in the Valencian Community. For this reason, and in compliance with this law, the building does not have an elevator.

How to Make a Reservation?

Check availability; if there is availability, provide the necessary information to make the reservation. This usually includes your name, contact information, number of guests, and arrival and departure dates. What payment methods are available to make a reservation at our guesthouse?

To reserve your stay at our guesthouse, we offer various payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We also provide online payment methods for your convenience. Deposit?

To secure your reservation, we require a 25% deposit of the total room cost. This deposit guarantees the availability of your accommodation for the desired dates. The remaining 75% is due upon your arrival at the guesthouse. For more information, please refer to our policy:

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 15 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before the reservation date, a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay will apply. For cancellations within 7 days of the reservation, the full amount of the booking will be charged. For more information, please consult our policy:

Does the Hostel have its own parking?

Although we don’t have a private parking lot, we offer a great alternative: just 300 meters away, there is a paid public parking. We manage one parking space per reserved room for only 15€ per day.

Will I have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, guests staying at the hotel can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Does the hostel have a pool?

No, the hostel does not have an outdoor pool as the beach is just 40 meters away.
